EBM Stock

Alhamdulillah, finally I managed to restock my EBM(expressed breast milk) for almost 5 days.
Usually I only can get about 14oz perday for 2 pumping sessions.But its still not meet the demand since Umar drinks about 18oz everyday.So i have to top up another 4oz from the existing stock.After all, my existing stock will be decreased from day to day.

During a long weekend(plus CNY), I keep on pumping even Umar is direct breastfeed when I'm at home.To fullfill the demand, I need to eat extra and drinks a lot of water and of course increase the pumping session. Huh...tired...but when I see the stock in the fridge, wahhh...feel like in heaven..huhuhuhu.....almost every half an hour I opened the fridge to see all my EBM.Hahahahha....going crazy with my EBM....


Actualy, the best time to make a lot of EBM stock is when we are in maternity leave or confinement day. On that time, our prolactin hormone is quite high and our attention is just only for our baby. During my confinement period,I can get about half of my fridge storage.
Unluckily I didnt have the pic.My hubby accidentally deleted the folder.
I even can give Muadz drinks my EBM due to lack of storage since my previous fridge is one door fridge.Then I decided to change 2 doors fridge.Easy to manage and no need to defrost when the snow is thick.

Actually to be a nursing mom is a commitment.Need to buy a good pump(but now I only hand expressed since Im too lazy to wash the parts),4-5 pumping sessions per day(but mine is only 2 sessions due to lazynessss).
For me ,there's the only way to appreciate our child since almost 12hrs working everyday(plus extra working hours and damn traffic jam).And Praise to Allah that until now my lil Umar is still fully breastfeed for almost 12 months.

The best thing for being a nursing mom is.....I can shoppe extra since the allocation for formula milk is mine. Huhuhuhu....best kan....
So, breastfeed your baby and you have an extra money for shopping...yippee....

Muadz 3rd day at skool

On the third day Muadz quite easy to wake up in the morning, i tought he will cry when his father leave him but today is was not...quite surprised when his father said he didnt cry at all.
Before this his papa promise to come back after repairing his motocycle.

He said to his father, "papa..pegi la repair moto cepat2...".Hmmm.....now my son already get used with his new environment.Hopefully after this doesnt have any problem for sending him to skool.

5 January 2008 - Muadz's First day at Skool

Last year, we decided to send Muadz to kindergarten since his brain was full of cartoon characters such as Ultramen,Ben 10, Tigger and pooh, transformers and other things which is not good for our kids to learn.

Then on 5th January, we successfully registered and send him to Krista Kindergarten located at Taman Nirwana Ampang.Hmm..as usual, kids will keep on crying when the parents leaving them to their teacher.

But I'm quite happy when the teacher said we, parents no need to accompany him and just go to work.So no need to stay at skool for the whole day watching our kids in the class.

Actually I'm not cruel but this is the best time for them to learn how to be independent because his momma is a working mum, not a full time housewife.Like me before, all thing have to be done by myself since my mom also a working mum.

On the first day Muadz was heavily crying.His teacher said...just leave him to us.And on 11.30 his father fetch him and thank god he is smiling around and quite in a happy mood.

When he arrived at home,my MIL said that he slept until 5pm.Pity Muadz, so exhausted on his first day at skool.

On the 2nd day, his father outstation to Penang, so I have to take over all the task done before by his father. Need to wake up and bathe him except sent him to skool.His atuk came to my house and taking him to skool.Still crying but when his atuk fetch him,smiling around....Then in the evening he said to me..."mama, tomorrow I wanna go to skool and will never cry"...huhuhu...good boy.

Might he feel more comfortable and already have friends to play. But did you know my dear, tomorrow is a rest day or kid on age 4 yrs old. Hmm...cant wait for tomorrow to see his performance.

2 January 2009 - Umars first day at skool

Hehhee...actually not skool but baby sitter.Changing a baby sitter again since the previous nenek only wants to taking care of him for 1 month.Actually this is a permanent baby sitter. Hopefully.

So far till now ....for me is OK.
